Dear customer, in order for us to better understand each other, I would like to share the following agreement with you. It will help ensure that the photo session is conducted in a comfortable and transparent way.

1. By paying the deposit for the photo session, you agree to enter into an agreement with me for photography services, the terms of which are outlined in this document.
2. You can reserve the date of your photo session via social media or phone. Afterward, I’ll send you a link to a Google form to gather some details for the session (like your name, contact info, and service type). By providing this information, you consent to its use for our cooperation. 
3. The date for your photo shoot is reserved once the $200 deposit is paid and confirmed. Please feel free to send me a payment receipt or screenshot by email (moc.liamg%40naidarhasannairam) or via our chat.
4. You may change the date of your session up to 48 hours before the confirmed date (except for photo day sessions). We can agree on a new date based on availability. For photo day sessions, rescheduling is not possible, as the spot is reserved specifically for you on that day. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. 
5. The remaining balance of your session is due on the day of the photo shoot.

7. All packages include:• help with choosing a location for your session;• outfit recommendations;• the photo session itself;• photo processing (the number of photos depends on the package selected).
8. My focus is on natural beauty, so I don’t do body reshaping or heavy retouching — just light adjustments to remove small distractions.
9. A studio rental, make-up artist and stylist work are not included (unless otherwise stated).
10. Please note that I only provide the edited versions of the photos, not the raw files. 
11. The processed photos are uploaded to the online-gallery and then the corresponding link (to download the photos) is shared with you. Please note that the photos will be stored there for 30 days.
12. By booking your session, you are kindly agreeing that I, as the photographer, may use the photos taken during the session for promotional purposes, such as sharing them on my social media, website, or in other publications (magazines, newspapers, etc.). If you prefer that the photos are not used for these purposes, I completely respect that and, in that case, an additional fee of 50% of the session cost will apply.
13. By choosing me as your photographer, you’re embracing my unique style of capturing moments and processing the photos. I’m so excited to create something special with you!
